Each year, the Tampa Bay Symphony sponsors a competition for area young artists.

Applicants must be an instrumentalist, including pianists, up to age 21. Competition finalists will receive certificates of accomplishment, a cash award, and will perform at a public audition to determine the winner. Click here to for more information.

The Tampa Bay Symphony is excited to announce plans to offer free tickets to Bay Area students.

Teachers may request tickets for students by writing to the Symphony at the address below. The tickets will be valid for the our next series of concerts. Holders of the tickets are required to fill out all appropriate information, on the back of the ticket, before redeeming. Individuals may also request tickets provided they include qualifying information.

All requests must  be accompanied with a stamped self-addressed return envelope.

By providing free tickets to students, the Orchestra hopes to provide the opportunity for the areas young people to have access to classical music as well as promoting a career in the Arts.

 

As a "Thank You" to our many supporters, we are offering Season Subscriptions which, for a contribution starting at only $65.00, will provide ticket vouchers to all three of our regular Concert Series, and each subscriber will have his/her name printed in the program.
